Friday: Main Pavilion Access: All day for decorating and preparations, from 10 AM to 10 PM Golf Buggies: 2 per day for easy transportation Rehearsal Time: Up to 2 hours with your coordinator Rehearsal Dinner: Cook Pavilion (up to 50 guests) Saturday: Main Pavilion & Cook Pavilion: Available for use throughout the day Wedding Coordinator: Dedicated support for your special day Bridal Suite: Exclusive use for the bridal party Groom's Lounge: A cozy space for the groom and his party Event Access: Tables, chairs, benches, and selected decor Decor: No immediate takedown required Guest Pricing: $35 per person for over 150 guests Sunday: Brunch: For up to 48 people Venue Exit: Personal items to be picked up and venue exited by 5 PM (Exceptions available in writing from Green Acres Farm) Payment Schedule: Initial Deposit: $3,550 (20% of total price) to hold the date Midway Deposit: $3,550 (20% of total price) at the halfway point Final Payment: $10,650 due 2 weeks prior to the event Packages can be adjusted and personalized to meet your specific needs.
